A-It is saving water/having an ecological office with plants that filter the air such as Spider Plants and the
useage of Botanicals for cleaning of teeth.
Q-What
is the sequence for Dental Hygiene Home Care.
A- 1-First rinse your mouth with either Sea Salt or an Herbal Mouthwash
2-Floss with Dental Tape gently
3-Brush the plaque away
4-Use an oral irrigator with an anti-bacterial and use on a medium to low pressure
5-Use My Spray and White oil with a side to side massage therapeutic stroke of the toothbrush to tighten the
tissue.
Q-I love
chewing on ice
A-This is a bad habit and you can break your teeth and irritate your gums.
Q-Is
a hard brush better to use than a soft brush
A-No- you must understand that the gum tissue is only 1 cell thick and the enamel of your teeth is hard. You must
gently shimmy the brush side/to side and bring circulation to the tissue.
Q-I snap
the floss on my teeth is that ok. It bleeds sometimes
A-It is not ok to snap the floss you get gum cuts and the tissue seperates and get's inflammed
Q-Do
you like natural toothpastes
A- I have a new line of toothpastes that have xylitol in them and the oil in the toothpaste has a natual fluorine.
It is especially important to use natural toothpastes if your children tend to swollow the toothpaste.
